How to close the service
To completely close the Webinterpret Advertising (Promoted Listings) service, follow the instructions below:
1. Log in to your Webinterpret Dashboard.
2. Click Advertising in the main menu on the left side of the Dashboard.
3. Click Settings > Services.
4. Select the Promoted Listings service(s) you want to close (options: General, Priority, Offsite).
5. Select the type of listings you want to apply the service changes to (options: Domestic listings only, International listings only, Both domestic and international listings).
6. Click CANCEL NOW.
7. Follow the remaining confirmation steps to complete the cancellation process.
After completing steps 1-7, Webinterpret Advertising will be closed for the selected options.
Note: Even after you close Promoted Listings, eBay may still charge fees within 30 days of cancellation, as promotional activities and impressions may continue to generate fees during this grace period.
