Connecting your marketplace account to Promoted Listings and Promoted Offsite

1. Log in to your Webinterpret Dashboard.

2. Click Advertising in the main menu on the left side of the Dashboard.

3. Choose your campaign model.

Note: If you need additional advice on which campaign model is the best fit for your business, click the Not sure button to open the Campaign Model Recommendation Tool and answer a short series of questions. Once you have completed the questionnaire, Webintepret will recommend which campaign model you should start with, based on the information you provided.

Click Next at the bottom of the page when you are ready to proceed.

4. Select the target markets on which you want to promote items (based on the selected campaign model). Click Open and accept the eBay Terms and Conditions for each market you a) are listing in with us and b) would like to promote in. Once the Terms and Conditions have been accepted, you will see a new prompt labelled See Again (instead of Open). See How to open markets for Promoted Listings for more information.

IMPORTANT: For markets you do not wish to promote your listings in, make sure the checkbox has not been selected.

Click Next at the bottom of the page when you are ready to proceed.

5. If you selected Promoted Listings with a general campaign strategy, select your preferred ad rate. You can choose between Smart strategy, Recommended rates, Range or Fixed (see How to manage your Promoted Listings ad rate (general campaign strategy) for more information).

IMPORTANT: If you are already using Promoted Listings with a general campaign strategy directly through eBay, your active and paused campaigns must be ended before proceeding with Webinterpret. As per eBay's Promoted Listings policy, items cannot be promoted in more than one campaign at a time using the general campaign strategy. You can end them manually, or allow Webinterpret to end them on your behalf (select the box at the bottom of the page).

When you are finished with your selections, click Next.

You can define your daily budget either by enabling the WI recommended daily budget, or by inputting your average monthly sales and Target ACOS into the prompt and calculating the right daily budget for your business (see How to manage your Promoted Listings daily budget (priority campaign strategy) for more information).
