Our Conversion Chart System is now updated. You can check out the video below to find out more:

Add a new chart

So, first of all, let's have a look at how you add a new chart:

1. When logged into your Dashboard, you will notice a new option button, named Create New Chart:

2. Once you've clicked Create, you then need to assign this chart to an appropriate Brand, as shown here:

3. When choosing the brand, you are able to select one of those already registered within our library. To do this, search the name and it will automatically suggest possible brands based on auto-complete. If you wish to add a new brand, choose Add new brand and complete the name of the brand in the text field provided (as shown below):

4. Once the Brand is selected, you then need to assign the chart a specific category:

5. Complete the chart with sizes and sites, and Save chart

6. This chart will be then displayed in Custom charts:

How to remove an existing Custom Chart in the Webinterpret Dashboard

1. Search for the Custom Chart you would like to remove, and click on the Actions arrow.

2. You will have the possibility to edit the chart by clicking on the pencil icon or remove it completely by clicking on the trash icon:

3. As soon as you click on trash icon, your chart will be removed and a message will be displayed to inform you.

How to disable the Conversion Chart system

1. The Conversion Charts system can now be completely disabled, if you prefer not to use it. This means that all sizes presented in your original listing will not be converted and simply listed as is. If you have both Amazon and eBay and enable the system in your Dashboard, this tool will be activated to assist with both.

2. If you decide you want to utilize the Conversion Chart system, you can do this at any time by simply clicking to Enable conversion charts button.

Display both Webinterpret and Customized Charts:

1. You can now display our generic charts, which you can find in the Conversion Chart Library. These are default charts that are utilized, if you choose not to supply us with your own. All your customized charts are available under Custom.

2. For each chart you can view the number of categories assigned to it. If you click on the number you can view additional details such as the name of the categories and the chart details.

To have complete control over your charts, we also allow your Webinterpret charts to be as totally editable as your Custom ones. In this way you may add new charts, modify existing ones or remove them entirely. To edit your customized charts, simply click on the Pencil icon and another window will appear with all charts details available. Once you have edited your Webinterpret Charts, Save the changes made, and now this Chart will be visible in your Custom Chart section:

Search Charts by brand:

1. Charts are created by brand name. So in order to find a chart in your library, you can simply search by typing the brand name in the search bar at top right hand part of the display:

2. New Streamlined Chart to Category Assignments

3. In order to provide accurate, consistent conversions we use Category assignments and standardised listings based on brands. Previously, these charts and categories had to be set up according to eBay or Amazon accounts, creating a lot of manual tasks for you to complete.

4. Now you can simply choose a Brand, select the applicable Chart and Category and we complete attach these standardised conversions to your eBay or Amazon stores (or both).

5. In the previous Chart Conversion tool, you were required to validate each and every chart you wished to utilize, now with your re-designed interface this is no longer necessary.

6. As we are constantly looking for opportunities and updates to save your precious time, this new tool will streamline and simplify a key element in Webinterpret’s support process.

If you have any feedback as to how the new Dashboard is improving the chart/conversion process, or have recommendations for future amendments, please let us know.
