European Acceleration Program prelaunch checklist

Learn how to prepare your eBay store to get the most out of the European Acceleration Program.

Topics in this article:

Preparing your store

Ensure your eBay store fulfills the following requirements so you can sell internationally through the European Acceleration Program with Webinterpret.

International shipping

Webinterpret copies direct international shipping options from your original domestic listings to your new international listings. Only listings with direct international delivery and pricing will be listed.

Please note that the Global Shipping Programme (UK) / eBay International Shipping program (US) is not compatible with your new Webinterpret listings. Learn more here or contact us for assistance.

Return policies

To comply with EU law, your European listings must have a minimum return policy of 30 days.

Third party tools

If you are using another third party tool to manage your eBay listings, please let us know in your Account settings.

Listing limits

If you need to increase your eBay listing limits to accommodate your new international listings, please follow the steps in this eBay guide (US/UK).

Eligible listing types

This service only supports fixed-price items. Ensure the listings you want to sell internationally are set to Buy It Now rather than auction-style.

Additional setup considerations

The official European Acceleration Program page (US/UK) contains more information about program eligibility.
