Localised fitment and priority synchronization (for P&A category sellers)

Your international listings are created using the most relevant fitment data from your domestic listings, tailored for global buyers. Plus, receive access to Webinterpret’s highest priority synchronization queue for the fastest stock and price updates.

How the program works

After onboarding into the program, Webinterpret will begin translating your eligible domestic listings and publishing them on international eBay sites.

From your Webinterpret Dashboard, you can monitor your listings, activate international advertising campaigns, review your settings, and track your sales performance.

Your day-to-day workflow remains the same — all international orders will continue to flow directly into your domestic eBay store. You do not need to log into other eBay sites to fulfill orders or view these listings. Any changes made to your domestic listings (like price or inventory updates) are automatically synchronized across all international sites.

Item eligibility and limits

Eligible listings must meet the following requirements:

  • Buy in now format (auctions are excluded),
  • Available in stock,
  • Direct shipping to the target country,
  • Sales history within the last 90 days and/or from the latest listings in case of one-off items.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many of my items will be listed internationally?

During the free program, up to 50% of your active items will be listed internationally, with a maximum of 10,000 items per site.

Which items will be listed by Webinterpret?

Only listings that you have already enabled for international shipping will be translated and listed on the international sites. Of those eligible listings, Webinterpret will select the items most likely to sell in local markets and will post those listings up to your account limit as described in the Terms and Conditions (US/UK). For more information on eligible listings, see the Eligible Listings section in the Terms and Conditions (US/UK).

Do international listings affect my listing limits?

Yes, the translated listings created by Webinterpret will count against your account listing limits. However, we will periodically review your account and, at no additional cost to you, increase your listing limits as necessary to ensure you can realize the full benefit of the program. You can also review your listing limits and request an increase by contacting eBay’s customer service team.

What if I want to opt out?

You can opt out at any time in the Webinterpret Dashboard or by contacting the Webinterpret Support team.

What should I do if my token expires?

If your token expires, log in to the Webinterpret Dashboard with your eBay account to renew the connection and keep your accounts synchronized.
