Cancel and reactivate your Webinterpret plans
Cancelling your Webinterpret plans
Follow the steps below to cancel your Webinterpret account:
1. Log in to your Webinterpret Dashboard
2. In the main menu, click Account settings > My subscriptions
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel
4. Select the plan(s) you wish to close, and complete the short exit survey if prompted
Confirm your cancellation by clicking Confirm cancellation. Depending on your account, cancellation will occur immediately or after an exit call with our team.
Depending on the plan(s) you cancelled, their corresponding services will be deactivated. International listings will be removed from international marketplaces.
Refer to Terms and Conditions Section 5.4 (Cancellation) for the notice period that is required for full account closure.
A final invoice is likely to be issued for any remaining time in your billing period.
Reactivating your Webinterpret plans
If you change your mind, you're welcome to reactivate your plan(s) at any time. Simply log back into your Webinterpret Dashboard and select a new plan.
