Note: If your subscription plan includes Call Back support, it will be available on the first page of the Support Agent widget.

Human live chat support
Human live chat support is available from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET. During these hours, if our AI-powered assistant can’t solve your query, a human agent will create a new ticket for your request and assist you in real-time.
