How to get started

The Item Optimization feature is part of the AI Listing Enhancements solution. The feature is compatible with your domestic eBay listings and included in select domestic pricing plans.

For domestic plan subscribers:
Log in to your Webinterpret Dashboard and visit AI Enhancements > Item Optimization.

Which listings can I use the Item Optimization feature on?

Item Optimization is compatible with your domestic eBay listings. Make sure that you are subscribed to an eligible domestic selling plan to access this feature. Additionally, if you subscribe to an international selling plan, your listing optimizations will be copied from your domestic listings to your international (Webinterpret) listings.

Which components of a listing can I request an optimization recommendation for?

Optimization recommendations can be requested for your listings’ title, and desktop, META, and mobile descriptions. See Listing components supported by Item Optimization for more information.

How long does it take to receive an optimization recommendation after it has been requested?

Recommendations typically take 3 hours. Average time durations will continue to improve over time. 

How long does it take to publish an optimization recommendation to my listing after it has been accepted?

Recommendations are published immediately after they are accepted. Please note that eBay listing revisions may fail if eBay rules prevent the revision of the respective field at the time of the acceptance request.
