At the top of the Overview dashboard, there are several high-level summary cards: All items, Ready to review, Optimized, Impressions (vs. before), and Views (vs. before).
Definitions
- All items: The total number of items in your inventory. From this card, you can also request recommendations.
- Ready to review: The total number of items that have pending recommendations (waiting for approval).
- Optimized: The total number of items that have been successfully optimized with recommendations.
- Impressions: How often your listings appear in marketplace search results, shown as a before-and-after comparison (for items optimized within the 30 days prior to their latest optimization).
- Views: How often your listings are clicked from marketplace search results and viewed, shown as a before-and-after comparison (for items optimized within the 30 days prior to their latest optimization).
Items with highest impression growth chart
This chart highlights your top 5 performing items by displaying those with the most significant impressions increase after recommendations were applied.
Reading the chart
- The y-axis identifies your top 5 items. Hovering over the item number reveals additional information about the listing, including which listing components have been optimized.
- The x-axis displays the number of impressions, starting from 0.
- Each item features a line drawn between its "before" and "after" impressions, showing the variation in the last 30 days. The number next to the line indicates the growth in impressions.
Impact heatmap
The heatmap gives you a broad view of your overall success. It groups your optimized listings by month and visually displays how their performance (tracked by generated impressions) has changed after applying recommendations.
How the data is organized
- The graph displays up to 6 months of historical data, ending at the most recent month in which an item was optimized.
- Avg impact: The overall average percentage of growth (or decrease) for all items optimized during that specific month.
- % items positive: The percentage of items that successfully experienced positive growth after being optimized that month.
- Your items are sorted into positive (green) and negative (red) percentage brackets. You can see at a glance how much of your inventory improved after optimization, versus how much declined.
- Impact distributed by month: The number of items optimized during that specific month, organized by their growth range.
