How to handle failed shipments?


Sometimes, the system or the courier may not be able to create a shipment. The examples of such cases may be:


- incomplete address

- wrong postcode

- too many characters in the address/name line


There is an easy way of recognizing such orders as you can simply go to the "Failed" tab in the User Interface and correct them:



The error message will exactly inform you of what has caused the error in creating your shipment and you can amend the fault information with the correct one, allowing you to create a shipment successfully.
