Reasons for failed shipments
Sometimes the system or the courier may not be able to create a shipment. Examples of such cases may be:
- Incomplete addresses
- Wrong postcodes
- Too many characters in the address and/or name line
How to fix failed shipments
You can locate these orders by going to Shipments > Failed in the Webinterpret Shipping Dashboard.
The error message from this page will explain what caused the error. Amend the shipment based on this information.
