Editing a new order - step by step instructions
The solution allows you to check the preferences provided by the customer such as delivery method and courier or handling time needed to process the order on your end:
Once you decide which order is ready to be processed from the list of new orders you can click on the Create shipment button and a new window will show allowing you to edit it based on your preferences:
Here, you will be able to review and edit:
- the customer delivery information
- The system will provide you with the current services and prices available to fulfill this order.
Lastly, there will be information on the items ordered where you should also assign a correct category per product.
The next step in creating shipment would be choosing:
- Courier service
