How to dispatch an order

Learn how to dispatch an order with Webinterpret Shipping. This feature is available for sellers to display their own shipping rates on their listings, but wish to purchase labels and dispatch orders with Webinterpret.

How to create a new shipment

1. Click on Create shipment beside the order you would like to ship with Webinterpret Shipping. A new window will appear, allowing you to edit the order details.

2. Review and edit:

  • Ship from
    • Select Pick up or Drop off
  • Ship to
  • Add Parcel size
  • Order details
    • PRODUCT CATEGORY (select from drop-down list)
  • Add Enter Tax ID for VAT collection (if applicable)
  • EORI number
  • Add Additional information to print on the invoice (if applicable)
  • Delivery service
    • Select Add protection against loss or damage (optional)
  • Delivery options
    • Select DDP or DDU
    • Select Courier

3. Click on Print label and download all the attached documents, fastening them to the parcel. The documents will be downloaded in PDF file format.
