About return label pricing
Return label rates vary depending on the shipment’s origin (the country of the buyer) and destination (the return address entered by the seller in eBay), as well as the higher value between actual and volumetric weights.
Pricing for Performance plan subscribers
Webinterpret Returns is included in all Performance plans (for accelerating domestic market sales on eBay). This means that there is no additional cost for offering seller-paid returns on your domestic listings and for generating remorse return labels.
Performance plan subscribers have the option to purchase SNAD return labels directly from the Returns Dashboard for domestic returns. SNAD return labels for domestic returns are subject to Webinterpret rate card pricing (pricing quotes are visible from the Returns Dashboard).
Pricing for international plan subscribers
Offering seller-paid returns for your international (Webinterpret) listings is an add-on solution and is not included by default with international eBay Sales Booster plans.
Once the solution is activated in your Webinterpret Returns Dashboard, seller-paid international return labels are automatically generated when a buyer opens a remorse return for an international (Webinterpret) listing. SNAD returns are available by request in your Returns Dashboard.
All return labels are subject to Webinterpret rate card pricing (pricing quotes are visible from the Returns Dashboard). A 5% discount applies to all returns on listings created through Webinterpret.
International plan subscribers who are not subscribed to a Performance plan also have the option to purchase return labels for remorse and SNAD domestic market returns from the Returns Dashboard.
