How to export your validated items

Learn how to export your items to a CSV file (.csv) once you have validated them through Webinterpret’s GPSR compliance solution. CSV files (.csv) are commonly used for sharing large amounts of item information between Webinterpret and other online selling channels.

Review and validate your items

Before requesting a CSV file (.csv) of your items, you first need to complete their GPSR data and validate them as GPSR-compliant. See How to review, edit and validate your listings for more information.

 

Request your CSV file (.csv) export

Once your items have been validated, you can request a CSV file (.csv) export containing validated items of your choice:

1. In the Compliance Dashboard, use the Status filter to select only validated and published items.

2. Click Actions  > Request a CSV export.

3. A notification will appear indicating that your data export is being processed. Once the export is completed, you will receive an email with a link to download your CSV file (.csv). The link will be active for 30 days from the time it is sent.
