How is commission billed?

Our commission billing cycles are monthly and renew on the day you signed up with WebInterpret.

How are monthly/yearly subscription fees billed?

Monthly and yearly programme fees are renewed on the day a client signed up with WebInterpret.

Where do I find my billing cycle date?

To see your billing cycle renewal date, check your invoices.

Why was I billed after cancelling my account?

Depending on the plan, if a client quits after a billing cycle is renewed or without providing the required notice, they will be charged commission and subscription fees for the entire due period.

How do I cancel my account?

Sellers can cancel their account by contacting our Support department.
