Can I arrange a new invoice if I did not provide my VAT Information?

We cannot create new invoices after they have been issued, so it's important to include your VAT number during the registration process.

For eBay or Amazon partners, you are able to update account information directly in your User Interface/Dashboard

For non-eBay/Amazon partners, please contact our Support department if you would like to add your VAT number after the registration process.

All subsequent invoices will include VAT after we have updated your account details, but previous ones will not be reissued.
