If you need to ask for assistance regarding your eBay, Amazon, Google Shopping or Online Stores Program, you can now get great support direct from our contact form or from your Seller User Interface.
To chat to our support team live from within your SUI, click on ''Need Help'' in the right hand corner of your Dashboard, and select ''Submit Request''. You will now see a pop-up window (as shown below) which provides the different contact options and links to our Help Center knowledge base (Please note our Help Center provides Self-Service guides and information which can enable our Sellers to take action(s) directly from within your SUI)
To commence a chat with our Customer Support, simply click on the Chat icon and our new Webform will ask for information related to your platform and nature of your request (Please ensure you provide the information accurate to your Webinterpret account to ensure our service can attach you to the correct Chat support team):
Once the chat starts, you'll the conversation will commence as shown below:
If you wish to make a Support request and do not have access to a SUI (or our Chat Teams are not available), please raise a request from the Contact Us webpage, and click on Support:
The Pop-Up (shown below) will appear, simply click on ''Ask a question'' and the Support form will be available for you to request assistance.
