In this article you will learn how to contact our Support Team through live chat. You can do that through both your Webinterpret Dashboard and Contact Webform. Chat is only available for the PAYG and Pro plans.

Live Chat through the Webinterpret Dashboard
To chat to our support team live from within your Dashboard, click on Need Help in the right hand corner of your Dashboard, and select Submit Request. You will now see a pop-up window (as shown below) which provides the different contact options and links to our Help Center knowledge base (Please note that our Help Center provides Self-Service guides and information which can enable our Sellers to take actions directly from within your Dashboard).
Live chat through the Webform
To commence a chat with our Support Team, simply click on the Chat icon and our new Webform will ask for information related to your platform and nature of your request (Please ensure you provide the information accurate to your Webinterpret account to ensure our service can attach you to the correct Chat support team):
Before you have a conversation with one of our agents, you will talk to our Answer Bot that will suggest some articles that might help you solve the problem. If you don't find the right information, click Need more help and then Get in touch. Our Customer Support Team will be ready to assist you live:
If you wish to make a Support request and do not have access to the Dashboard (or our Chat Teams are not available), please raise a request from the Contact Us webpage, and click on Support:
The Pop-Up (shown below) will appear, simply click on ''Ask a question'' and the Support form will be available for you to request assistance.
