How to set up multiple currencies in your Pay Pal account

In this article you will learn how to set up your PayPal account to accept multiple currencies. This will allow you to receive the revenue for international listings.

At present, your PayPal account is probably set up for your own local currency only. However, with revenue coming in from your International listings, you are going to need to set up your account for other currencies too.

For UK sellers, this would mean adding EUR, USD and AUD. If you are using the “old” PayPal interface, please see this post. If you are using the new PayPal interface, here’s how:

1. Log in to your PayPal account

2. From the main menu select currencies

3. From the drop down list, select the currency you wish to add and click the “add currency” button. Please note that for UK sellers, EUR is a must have. USD and AUS are also important to add.

4. From the drop down list, select the currency you wish to add and click the “add currency” button. Please note that for UK sellers, EUR, USD and AUD a must haves for webstores if you want to sell in countries using those currencies. .

All done! Now your PayPal account is ready to receive payments in the different currencies.
